We are excited to host our 4th Annual Holiday Market at Pro Re Nata, Saturday and Sunday, December 2 & 3, 2023. Join us for holiday sights, sounds, festive decorations, live music, local artisans and regional small businesses, with a daily appearance by Crozet's original Santa! We expect 30 vendors on site. Food trucks will be open daily with Holiday treats!
VENDOR REGISTRATION FOR THE FOURTH ANNUAL HOLIDAY MARKET WILL OPEN IN SUMMER 2023.
VENDOR INFORMATION:
- Booths will have plenty of room for everyone to spread out. This is an outdoor market: vendors will be sited across the Farmacy Lawn and throughout the Beer Garden!
- Each vendor space will fit one 10x10 tent. Vendors shall supply: tent, sandbags or other weighted tent support, tables, POS, electrical cords, and display cases. Pro Re Nata shall supply: access to electricity, marketing, holiday music, and appearances by Santa.
- Electrical heating elements and tent stakes NOT permitted.
- Market Hours: 11am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday. Setup begins at 8am Saturday.
- An inclement weather date for this event is Saturday and Sunday, December 9 & 10, 2023.
- Holiday Market vendor fees are $250 for the weekend.
