South of the Border Porter

We combined the chocolate and roasted flavors of our robust porter with ancho chiles and cinnamon to create a beer inspired by the Mole sauces of Southern Mexico.  This unique flavor experience begins with a pleasant cinnamon aroma followed by a spicy smokey flavor and finishes with a bitter dark chocolate taste with a creeping heat in the aftertaste.

Nelson’s Nation

The single hop additions of Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand provide a unique , fruity, wine like aroma and taste.  The Saison yeast give it an earthy character with hints of peppery spice.

Hazing to Remember

English ale yeast and additions of oats yield a hazy appearance with a fuller body and softer finish.  Liberal use of Citra lupulin powder creates aromas of pine and citrus rind.

India Pale Ale 5.5% 30

Wet Hopped American Summer

This English style Pale Ale offers a fuller body that its American counterpart, the “Old Trail.” The Floral hop aromas and earthy flavors come from whole leaf Cascade wet hop cones picked locally.

Scarlet Letter
