Cherry Coal Train

A complex journey from start to finish. This unique beer is aged in Pollak Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels and has additions of Michigan Montmorency Cherries. This ruby ale greets you with notes of tart cherries followed by rich vanilla and oak, and finishes with red wine tannin’s and bitter chocolate.

Lancelot’s Achy Tooth

This malty English old ale was aged in A. Smith Bowman bourbon barrels giving it notes of caramel and toffee.  A bold and flavorful ale perfect for the transition in Fall.

Breakfast Jam

A fruit bomb kettle soured ale with loads of boysenberries and black currants.  Light and refreshing, with a nice balance of sweet and sour.

Nelson’s Nation

The single hop additions of Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand provide a unique, fruity, wine like aroma and taste.  The Saison yeast give it an earthy character with hints of peppery spice.
