Nelson’s Nation

The single hop additions of Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand provide a unique, fruity, wine like aroma and taste.  The Saison yeast give it an earthy character with hints of peppery spice.

Sour Power – Guava

Lactobacillus, brettanomyces, and Saison yeast were combined to create a complex and sour fermentation.  We added wheat and flaked oats to boost the body and finished the beer with guavas for a sweet, juicy balance.

Premature Hopulation

A minimal bready malt base allows for juicy tropical and lemon aromas to be showcased with a distinctly piney taste.  This light bodied IPA will make you wish it lasted longer.

Cherry Coal Train

A complex journey from start to finish. This unique beer is aged in Pollak Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels and has additions of Michigan Montmorency Cherries. This ruby ale greets you with notes of tart cherries followed by rich vanilla and oak, and finishes with red wine tannin’s and bitter chocolate.
