Nelson’s Nation

The single hop additions of Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand provide a unique, fruity, wine like aroma and taste.  The Saison yeast give it an earthy character with hints of peppery spice.

Sour Power – Guava

Lactobacillus, brettanomyces, and Saison yeast were combined to create a complex and sour fermentation.  We added wheat and flaked oats to boost the body and finished the beer with guavas for a sweet, juicy balance.

A complex journey from start to finish. This unique beer is aged in Pollak Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels and has additions of Michigan Montmorency Cherries.
